The fathers of Cristian Mora and Samuel Perez immigrated to Canada and spent their lives in construction. Their sons grew up on job sites, learning that a wall is only as good as the hands that framed it and the word of the person who promised it.
Kasa General Contractor is that heritage made official. Not a company launched by entrepreneurs, but a family of builders that formalized 40+ years of know-how into a licensed, insured, modern general contracting firm.

A 30 to 45 minute conversation to understand your project, your priorities and your budget. If the fit is right, we plan the next step together.
STEP 02
On-site visit
For projects that justify it, we visit your property to assess the space, the constraints and the opportunities before putting a single number on paper.
STEP 03
Detailed quote
You receive a complete, itemized quote, presented and explained in person for major projects. No vague numbers, no hidden variables.
STEP 04
Plans, permits and planning
Contracts are signed, final construction plans are produced, permits are submitted to the city when required, and the schedule, subcontractors and materials are locked in.
STEP 05
Construction and delivery
Work progresses with milestone inspections at partitions, electrical, mechanical, ventilation and finishes. The project ends with a joint final walkthrough and activated warranties.
